Candidate Testing

CMA offers a comprehensive suite of on-line skills testing and pre-employment assessments in conjunction with our business partner, Kenexa, as part of our candidate registration process. The type of assessment is dependent on the level and experience of the candidate. For clients who work with CMA on an exclusive basis, personality profiling by Thomas International is available at no additional cost.

Preferred Supplier Agreement (PSA): An opportunity to support clients on a sole supplier basis for an agreed period. It provides the most cost effective solution and an opportunity to work in partnership, which should reduce time to hire through an increased understanding and control of the recruitment process, whilst maximising employer brand perception.

Head Start Agreement (HSA): A flexible option that offers a set level of cost saving in return for a 'head start' on all recruitment exercises. This lead time ensures clients benefit from a fully tailored shortlist and offers similar advantages to those within our PSA, including access to a further range of skills assessments, extended payment terms and rebate structure.
