It provides the most cost effective solution and an opportunity to work in partnership, which should reduce time to hire through an increased understanding and control of the recruitment process, whilst maximising employer brand perception.

Head Start Agreement (HSA):  A flexible option that offers a set level of cost saving in return for a 'head start' on all recruitment exercises. This lead time ensures clients benefit from a fully tailored shortlist and offers similar advantages to those within our PSA, including access to a further range of skills assessments, extended payment terms and rebate structure.
