About: A Law graduate from the University of Reading, Aran spent 5 years working for multi-national recruitment businesses before joining CMA in 2013. He quickly established himself as one of CMA’s highest performers, culminating in his appointment to Associate Director in 2018 and full Board Director in 2021.
