Finance Manager/Manufacturing

CMA Recruitment Group is working with a well-established manufacturing company based in Andover, who are seeking a Finance Manager with a background in FMCG or manufacturing to join their team on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar industry and be available to start within the next couple of weeks.

What will the Finance Manager (Manufacturing) role involve?

• Develop and maintain accurate product cost standards, including materials, labour, and overhead.
• Analyse production costs and variances, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Partner with production and finance teams to develop annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
• Monitor actual costs against budgets, identifying and addressing variances.

Suitable Candidate for the Finance Manager (Manufacturing) vacancy:

• Understanding of cost accounting principles and manufacturing processes.
• Advanced Power BI and Excel capabilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on actionable outcomes.
