CMA Recruitment Group is working with a well-established, reputable business based in The New Forest to help them recruit an Accounts Assistant on a permanent basis.

What will the role involve?

  • Batch invoices, checking coding and entering on Sage 50
  • Checking stock invoices to Orderwise and Sage 50
  • Maintaining Supplier Accounts and Aged Creditor reports
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Reconcile Company Credit Cards
  • Sterling and other currency payment runs
  • Month end routine
  • Daily review of bank statements, post and allocate to Sage 50
  • Dealing with day to day queries arising, liaising and reporting on any on-going queries with sales team
  • Reconcile Paypal Accounts
  • Credit control liaising with FD and Dept Manager
  • Collate and submit Intrastat return and EC Sales data
  • Month end routine.

Suitable Candidate:

  • Previous experience working within an accounts department
  • Must have access to a car
