Our client is based on the outskirts of Reading, Berkshire and due to growth are currently recruiting for the newly created role of Accounts Assistant. This position is an all-round and varied role and is offered for 20 to 25 hours per week.

Reporting to the Finance Manager responsibilities will be:-

  • Raising Sales Ledger invoices;
  • Processing Purchase Ledger invoices;
  • Chasing outstanding debts;
  • Reconciling supplier statements.

Suitable Candidate:-

  • Will have a very proactive approach;
  • You will be available to start at short notice;
  • Previous experience working in a busy and varied Accounts Assistant or Bookkeeper position;
  • You will have a strong personality and have the ability to resolve queries both internally and externally.
