Accounts Assistant

CMA is exclusively partnering with an exciting and internationally operating business based in Southampton who are involved on the front-line of battling the COVID-19 pandemic. Due to an increased workload they are looking for an Accounts Assistant on a temporary basis of 3-6 months.

This is a business critical role and will have a mixture of office based and at home working.

What will the role involve?

• Accounts payable;
• Supplier statement reconciliations;
• Payment runs;
• Stock reconciliations;
• Sales invoicing;
• Credit control;
• Adhoc duties as required.

Suitable candidate:

• Experience of Xero, Sage or Quickbooks is advantageous;
• Comfortable with a mixture of in office and home working;
• Able to start ASAP;
• Team player.
