CMA Recruitment Group are working with a SME based on the outskirts of Fareham, Hampshire to help them recruit an Accounts Assistant to join the team on a permanent basis.
Reporting into the Finance Manager the role will involve:
• Daily Bank Reconciliations
• Quarterly VAT returns
• Credit control
• Invoicing - Inputting Supplier and Customer invoices on the ERP system
• Credit card statements and receipts on Sage
• Supplier payment runs and bank payments
• Payroll for 50 staff - Must have previous experience
• Other Adhoc tasks as and when required, such as filing and post
The successful candidate will be able to work as part of a team and have the ability to streamline and identify process improvements where possible. The client is looking for someone with previous transactional finance experience, ideally within an SME environment.
