CMA Recruitment Group is working with a rapidly expanding national service provider, based in Portsmouth, Hampshire. Due to increased workload, an Accounts Assistant is required to support them for a 6 month period.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, your main duties will include:
*Supporting the purchase ledger processing, matching and posting invoices to the system;
*Managing the inbox, allocating emails;
*Raising copy invoices;
*Filing and ad hoc supporting duties.
The successful Accounts Assistant will have;
*An interest in finance and be keen to secure an entry level role;
*Be flexible and adaptable.
