CMA Recruitment Group is working closely with an expanding service provider, based in Portsmouth, Hampshire. Due to increased work-load, a temporary Accounts Assistant, focussing initially on purchase ledger is required to support the team for a minimum period of 3 months.
Reporting into the Finance Manager, your main duties will include;
• Matching and posting high volume purchase ledger invoices in an accurate and timely manner;
• Reconciliation of supplier statements;
• Processing BACS payments;
• Resolution of supplier queries;
• Additional transactional support to the finance team.
The successful temporary Accounts Assistant - Purchase Ledger will have previous experience of the above and have the ability to work on your own initiative and get up to speed quickly.
