CMA Recruitment Group are working on behalf of a well-known business based in Fareham, Hampshire to help them recruit a Sales Ledger Assistant on a permanent basis.
Reporting into the Finance Manager this role will involve:
*Being the first point of contact for all Sales Ledger enquiries
*Customer invoice and credit processing management
*Credit control and debt collection
*Allocation of customer payments in a timely manner
*Reconciliation of Sales Ledger to General Ledger
*Reconciliation of bank accounts to Cash Books
*Customer invoice query resolution in a timely manner
*Close co-operation with other departments
*Contribute to the development of systems and processes within the Sales Ledger and Finance department as a whole.
*Maintain fixed asset registers with additions, disposals, amendments and monthly depreciation postings
Our client is looking for someone with previous experience in credit control/ Sales Ledger who is accustom to query management within a busy and fast paced environment.
