CMA is pleased to be partnering with a well-established medical supplier to recruit a Senior Purchase Ledger on a temporary basis for a period of 8-12 weeks. The role could be extended due to business needs.

The business is currently implementing an OCR and this role will have a key part in cleansing data and ensuring that invoices are processed efficiently.

What will the role involve?

  • Processing c1500 invoices monthly;
  • Preparing information for payment runs;
  • Dealing with suppliers;
  • Statement reconciliations;
  • Process improvement;
  • Expenses processing.

Suitable Candidate:

  • Previous purchase ledger experience;
  • Good attention to deal;
  • Available to start Monday 21st September;
  • Comfortable working a fast-paced environment.
