CMA Recruitment Group is delighted to be working closely with an award winning and established organisation based in Portsmouth, Hampshire, for the recruitment of an Interim Credit Control Team Leader.
The vacancy has arisen due to unprecedented heavy workloads and will be based in close knit, friendly team.
What will the role involve?
Working closely with the Credit Manager overseeing the timely collection of outstanding debt;
Ensuring that the team are working effectively towards set timescales and KPI's;
Dealing with escalated accounts receivables queries;
Negotiating payment plans and accurately updating and maintaining customer records;
Raising accounts receivables invoices and dealing with all associated queries;
Producing and updating debtors reports and performing reconciliations.
Will possess an excellent track record of supervising and motivating a small team;
Will have excellent credit control and accounts receivables experience gained from a medium to large business;
Will have outstanding communication skills and a professional, yet personable disposition;
Working knowledge of ERP based systems such as SAP, Oracle or JDE, although not essential.
