Our client is based in Newbury, Berkshire and due to a restructure they are currently recruiting for the position of Credit Controller. Reporting to the Management Accountant the main responsibilities will be -
*Chasing outstanding debts by telephone and email
*Agree payment terms
*Setting up new accounts
*Process and allocate receipts
*Setting up direct debits
The ideal candidate will be able to start at short notice and have a very strong background in Credit Control along with working in a busy and fast paced environment. The position requires a very high level of excel so in order to be successful you must have the ability to work with large volumes of data. You will have the desire to be successful and have the ability to pick up new tasks quickly. You will have strong communication skills and be able to adapt your approach in different circumstances.
