CMA Recruitment Group is working with a highly-reputable, growing SME organisation, based on the eastern outskirts of Southampton, Hampshire to recruit a Collections Assistant on a permanent basis.

Working within a supportive team environment, you will report to the Collections Manager and assist with maintaining the ledgers and recovering overdue payments from a range of clients.

Responsibilities will include:
*Banking and payment management
*Management of collections/arrears with negotiation of the recovery of funds
*Call customers to help resolve missing payments
*Ensure accurate records are kept for all customers
*Maintenance of the registrations and settlement figures including the termination process
*Assist with customer queries
*Regular interaction with other departments in order to resolve any issues
