CMA Recruitment Group is delighted to be working exclusively with our Christchurch, Dorset Client who are in need of a Finance Administrator to join the team on a permanent basis.

This role will be reporting into the Financial Controller and working within a close knit team. As finance Administrator your key responsibilities will include:

  • Credit control; assisting in chasing monies, via email and telephone.
  • Dealing with and resolving accounts receivable queries.
  • Assisting other members of the finance team.
  • Ad hoc duties including company fleet vehicle maintenance and new starter packs as well as assisting with additional HR duties.

The ideal candidate will have exposure to a customer focused environment both via the telephone and email. This role requires an individual who has the ability to establish strong communicational links with the company's client base.

This is a fantastic permanent opportunity to become an integral part of this finance team. My client is looking for someone who is available and able to start at short notice.
