CMA Recruitment Group has been instructed on a sole agency basis to source a Finance Assistant for a successful business based on the outskirts of Portsmouth, Hampshire.
Reporting to the Finance Manager and based in a close knit team, the ideal candidate will be able to work 25 hours per week where responsibilities will include:
*Purchase and sales ledger processing using Sage;
*Dealing with and resolving supplier queries;
*Bank and statement reconciliations;
*Assisting with credit control and month end procedures such as accruals, prepayments and journals.
Short listed candidates will be able to commence employment at very short notice and be studying towards a professional accounting qualification such as the AAT (or equivalent), although candidates qualified by experience will also be considered.
