What will the Finance Business Partner role involve?

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business objectives and provide financial insights and support.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to analyse business performance, forecast future trends, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Provide strategic financial guidance to support decision-making processes and drive profitability.
  • Monitor financial performance against targets, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business units, offering financial expertise and recommendations to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Prepare regular management reports and presentations to communicate financial results and recommendations to senior management.

Suitable Candidate for the Finance Business Partner vacancy:

  • University degree, preferably in Business Administration, Economics or similar.
  • Professional accounting qualification highly desirable e.g. ACA, CIMA.
  • Finance / cost controlling experience with good business knowledge.
  • Highly numerate, ability to challenge the business and build relationships with non-financial business managers and to deliver high quality results within time pressured environment.
