Finance Manager

CMA Recruitment Group is currently partnering with a growing SME retail business based in Poole, Dorset, who have the requirement to recruit an experienced Finance Manager on a permanent. The successful candidate will support the Finance Director in the daily running of the finance function.

What will the Finance Manager role involve?

• Preparation of management and statutory accounts;
• P&L reporting including cash flow and variance analysis;
• Monitor the day to day transactional accounting tasks;
• Completion of analysis on sales margins and product costs;
• Support in supervising the finance team.

 Suitable Candidate for the Finance Manager vacancy:

• Previous experience working in a similar Finance Manager role is required;
• Hands on approach to work with experience working in an SME environment;
• An ACCA / CIMA or equivalent qualification is beneficial but not essential.
