Finance Manager

CMA Recruitment Group is currently partnering with a well know leading brand based in Weymouth, Dorset, who have the requirement to recruit a Finance Manager on a fixed term contract basis, this requires the successful candidate to start immediately. 

This is an opportunity to join a business during a state of transformation, you will have the opportunity to become a permanent member of this business. 

Paying an excellent salary range of £50,000 to £60,000 plus car allowance, hybrid working and overall range of benefits. 

What will the Finance Manager role involve?

• Budget and quarterly forecast submissions for business projects, ensuring high quality financial information at all times; 
• You will be the 'go to' finance person for any queries from the technology project teams, answering these queries and bringing the numbers into life;
• Financial analysis & commentary for senior management and business partnering with stakeholders; 
• Liaising with Finance Business Partners and monitoring progress vs. budget for projects, mitigating any risks as they occur.
• Attending various senior management meetings to move projects forward and suggesting next steps and actions from a financial perspective. 

Suitable Candidate for the Finance Manager vacancy:

• The ideal candidate will be ACCA / CIMA or equivalently qualified;
• Previous experience in a similar Finance Manager role is required;
• Knowledge of business partnering and managing stakeholder relationships;
• Open minded approach and keen to work with all areas of a large corporate business, communication with finance and non-finance colleagues.
