Accountancy & Finance
Reporting to the Head of Finance, this is a fantastic opportunity based in Reading to join a global business delivering financial rigour, support and information in line with the needs and requirements of the business. This role will play a key part in ensuring robust controls and processes are implemented across the Group.
Key areas of responsibility will include:
*Delivering the annual business objectives and financial strategy, with a 'hands on' approach.
*Development of financial and operational controls and business processes;
*Production of management accounts, statutory accounts and tax compliance;
*Financial planning, budgetary control, forecast modelling, cash flow management and monitoring of key performance targets;
*Supporting the M&A process including modelling, due diligence assignments and integration;
*Implementation of stronger management information, management reporting and reporting systems.
This is a varied, extremely hands on role which requires flexibility, enthusiasm, accuracy and attention to detail at all times. Due to the nature of the role a CIMA, ACCA or ACA qualification is required to be held. Prior experience in a similar or finance manager role, with developed skills in Excel.
