CMA Recruitment Group is working in partnership with a leading employer in Southampton, Hampshire to recruit a Head of Reward on a permanent basis. Key to this role will be developing the reward strategy and driving and implementing their total reward offering ensuring they are able to attract the right talent with the capabilities needed for the future.
• Lead the interface with the remuneration committee and other senior stakeholders including the executive committee across all reward matters
• Build strong and effective relationships with directors and senior managers, to define and implement, an effective pay frame work across each client group with the purpose of achieving business strategy and growth plans
• Design and deliver new benefits programme
• Manage and develop reward team
It is expected that the ideal candidate will have a proven track record in reward with the ability to challenge and make a contribution. Our client is continuing to grow internationally so any international experience would be an advantage.
