CMA Recruitment Group is looking for a commercially minded HR professional to provide practical and innovative HR support to a fast paced organisation in Bournemouth, Dorset.

The main purpose of the role is to provide comprehensive operational and strategic HR support to the senior management team working with the Head of HR, advising, influencing, motivating and coaching them in the delivery of the HR aspects of their business plans.

Provide accurate up to date HR advice, guidance and practical support to clients on a wide range of HR matters including:

*Responding to everyday queries on a wide range of employment law and best practice HR
*Advice and pro-active case management of employee relation problems
*Developing and reviewing policies and procedures including writing and updating staff handbooks which reflect or develop the organisation culture and in line with legal requirements
*Management and practical support of recruitment campaigns

This role would suit an HR Generalist, HR Advisor with extensive ER experience in a complex organisation, strong employment law knowledge, change management experience, used to coaching, advising and guiding managers. CIPD qualified level 5 (essential).
