What will the HR Advisor role involve?

• Escalate high risk/high profile cases to the relevant manager whilst working with operations colleagues to ensure appropriate resource is made available to manage these cases
• Assist, review and amend employment policies in line with changes to employment legislation and ACAS codes of practice
• Provide pragmatic and timely advice on a wide range of cases including disciplinary, grievance, appeal and investigation meetings and ensure they are completed within a timely manner

Suitable Candidate for the HR Advisor vacancy:

• CIPD Qualified or studying
• Excellent proven experience as a HR Generalist
• Experience of Employee Relations is essential due to level of case work
• Highly organised approach to your work and hold a strong level of attention to detail
• Resilient and comfortable managing high volume, complex workloads in a fast paced environment
