CMA Recruitment Group is working in partnership with a leading business based in the Portsmouth area with the recruitment of an experienced Learning and & Development Advisor. This business is going through an exciting period of change and looking at driving cultural change and improvements across the business. Sitting within the learning and talent team this role will work with high performing individuals to identify learning needs to support their corporate objectives around vision and values.

This role will be responsible for design, development and delivery of effective learning solutions across technical and soft skills across the business. It is expected you will have a learning mentality aligned to the 70,20,10 principles with knowledge of and accreditation in the use of psychometrics ideally insights discovery.

The ideal candidate will have gained experience within a learning and development team and looking to progress into a design and delivery role. You need to be a self-starter capable of working independently under minimal supervision, ideally with a CIPD qualification with a background in learning and development.
