CMA Recruitment Group is working in partnership with an established organisation based in Eastleigh, Hampshire to recruit an experienced Learning & Development Advisor.
This new role has been developed due to a period of change in the department and will be reporting directly to the Head of HR who is looking to drive cultural change and improvements across the business. The role will work with a variety of employees to identify learning needs to support their objectives around vision and values.
The successful candidate will be responsible for design, development and delivery of effective learning solutions across the organisation, ensuring that there is continuous improvement and development and succession planning where needed. Working closely with managers and directors to analyse statistics to inform the L&D strategy and set goals for training needs.
The ideal candidate will have gained experience within an HR team specialising in Learning and Development. You will need to be a self-starter capable of working independently under minimal supervision, ideally with a CIPD qualification.
