HR Advisor

The CMA HR Division are working with this growing SME organisation based in Winchester to recruit a switched on HR Advisor on a permanent basis.  Reporting directly the HR Manager, the role is to take lead on first line HR support for the business they are looking for a switched on bright HR professional to align with the business strategy, and deliver an efficient, compliant service that adds value to the company.

What will the HR Advisor role involve?

• Support all Manager and Employee’s with HR queries.
• Provide guidance on operational HR, and recruitment processes, including Return to Work, PIP, onboarding, offboarding and disciplinary procedures.
• Update and ensure compliance of HR policies and procedures and provide guidance on related matters.
• Working closely with the HR Manager on casework and ensuring best practise across the workforce.

Suitable Candidate for the HR Advisor vacancy:

• Qualified to Level 5 CIPD.
• 2-3 Years experience within HR Advisory role.
• Excellent technical HR knowledge with the ability to communicate with all levels of the business with a friendly and professional manner.
