CMA Recruitment Group is working with a fast paced business going through an exciting stage of growth in the recruitment of an experienced HR Business Partner on a permanent basis. This role will suit either an experienced Senior HR Advisor seeking a progressive role or an established HR Business Partner.
Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner this is a truly generalist role with responsibility for delivering a pragmatic operational HR service in addition to leading on a number of key organisational design projects. The role has transactional support in the form of an experienced HR Administrator.
• Deliver an excellent HR service to the business
• Lead on all employee relations activity including complex casework
• Support the roll out of global HR initiatives
• Manage the relationship with agency suppliers to ensure the correct level of resource on site
• Lead on annual processes such as salary reviews, promotions and performance reviews.
The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified with a solid generalist background in a busy HR department working with line managers at different levels of an organisation and promoting and influencing the people development agenda.
