CMA HR division is working with a large public sector organisation that is looking to recruit a new HR Change Manager role. This unique opportunity will contribute to the development and delivery of strategic HR plans and initiatives within their sites across the South.
The HR Change Manager is responsible for driving and delivering the people plan and providing a consultancy service to all divisions of the organisation on all HR issues.
What will the role involve?
Lead on the development and delivery of strategic people change initiatives, identifying interdependencies, and potential impacts on wider organisation, resource requirements and building in contingency and adjustments as necessary;
A key requirement is to support the people senior leadership team as required to support delivery of continuous improvement initiatives. Working proactively with service managers and corporate partners to improve capability across the organisation;
This will include looking at performance management processes, coaching, succession planning and reviewing on-boarding processes across the management team.
Ideally the HR Change Manager will have good change management and programme management experience having come from a generalist HR background, a CIPD qualification and the ability to maintain a commercial focus;
Experience working in a business that has gone through change in a business partnering role and ideally in fast paced environment would be beneficial;
Experience in e-rostering, onboarding and cultural change would be beneficial;
Applicants should be forward-thinking and consultative in approach and possess solid generalist HR experience.
