CMA Recruitment Group is working with a fast moving organisation in Winchester to recruit a HR Coordinator for a 6 month fixed term contract. Working in a new department this is a great opportunity to join a rewarding employer with a favourable working culture.

What will the role involve?

  • Assist with issuing letter and contracts
  • Setting up employee payroll and benefits
  • Overseeing the HR admin for on-boarding
  • Assisting with recruitment

Suitable Candidate:

  • Will have strong administrative experience and previously worked in a HR department
  • Have good attention to detail and comfortable on IT systems
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
