CMA Recruitment Group is working exclusively with a fast paced, dynamic organisation who are looking for a new HR Manager. This role is to continue the success of the current HR support across the business, with strategic and transactional responsibilities. As the HR Manager you will have a very hands-on approach, supporting line managers to enable them to manage their teams. This is a time of exciting change and growth for the business.
Initial projects and focus areas are likely to be ensuring they have a robust HR system in place to accommodate a growing head count. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast paced environment who is CIPD qualified with a background in challenging organisations and happy to work in a standalone role and attending board meetings. 3-5 years' experience covering high volume, complex case management.
What will the role involve?
The HR Manager will need to be a strong character who can deal with staff at all levels and extremely confident in their own capability.
