CMA Recruitment Group is working with an SME based in Dorset to recruit a newly created HR Manager role. Our client is part of a large international group and has potential for significant growth in the short and medium term and now going through an exciting stage of change.
Just some of the responsibilities of the HR Manager role:
*Manage the development and implementation of new HR policies and procedures
*Design and deliver man management training programmes
*Develop and drive an engagement programme
*Act as point of contact for all HR matters across the group
*Be the voice of HR at senior management meetings
*Support directors/managers on disciplinary and grievance cases
The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified with experience in a generalist stand-alone Manager position and vast amount of experience of dealing with different levels of an organisation and promoting and influencing the people development agenda. They must be confident, motivated and a self-starter with good morals and commercially astute. This is a great opportunity to make a real difference and work in a role which will give a blend of strategic and transactional responsibilities.
