CMA Recruitment Group is working exclusively with an award winning fast paced business in Bournemouth, Dorset to recruit an HR Manager to join the business on a permanent basis. This role is to continue to grow the HR function and support line managers to enable them to manage their teams in a people focused business. This is a time of exciting change for the business which has plans to grow at a very fast pace.
Our client recognises the importance of the contribution its people make to continuing business success therefore the aim is to create a proactive HR function that will help managers to drive further development of people practices across the business.
Initial projects and focus areas are likely to be ensuring they have robust HR systems in place to accommodate a growing head count. Recruitment processes will need further development and line manager confidence and ability to recruit and retain people increased. Developing line manager skills in leading and managing their people through a coaching style as well as ensuring processes are in place will help to ensure a consistent approach across the business and ensure people can grow and develop with the business is key.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast paced environment who is CIPD qualified with a background in a business partnering or senior manager coaching role.
