CMA Recruitment Group is working with an SME manufacturing business based in Portsmouth, Hampshire to recruit a newly created HR Manager role. Our client has seen growth in the region of 10% each year for the last 5 years with a current headcount of around 300 over a number of sites.
Just some of the responsibilities of the HR Manager role:
*Manage the development and implementation of new HR policies and procedures
*Develop and drive an engagement programme
*Implement new HRIS system
*Act as point of contact for all HR matters across the business
*Be the voice of HR at senior management meetings
*Support directors/managers on disciplinary and grievance cases
*Design and deliver man management training programmes.
The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified with experience in a generalist stand-alone position and vast amount of experience of dealing with different levels of an organisation and promoting and influencing the people development agenda. They must be confident, motivated and a self-starter with good morals and commercially astute.
