CMA Recruitment Group is currently working on a great opportunity to work for a FTSE 250 support services organisation who believes that the best people make the best organisations.

The client is looking for a permanent regional HR Business Partner to cover their sites in the East Midlands responsible for 600 colleagues.

Key responsibilities include:
*Provide generalist HR Business Partner support to the leadership team
*Design, develop and support the delivery of the people plan
*Equip the team with appropriate tools to effectively manage and develop their employees in line with the business needs, e.g. performance, absence and talent management
*Developing effective relationships, influencing and challenging on their style and approach

Candidates will need to demonstrate the following:

*HR Business Partner experience
*Experience of implementing and embedding HR strategies in a large, complex organisation
*Proven success in supporting large scale projects and change/transformation initiatives
*Considerable experience of supporting line managers with high risk employee relation cases
*Demonstrating experience of growth activity including requests for information including costings; support to acquisitions; joint ventures; managing TUPE in and out

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, effective negotiation and influencing skills alongside the ability to work on their own initiative. This role will work closely with the Head of HR and a great opportunity for candidates looking to grow with the business.
