CMA Recruitment Group is working with a fast paced services organisation that has recently been gaining market share and is looking to recruit a new HR Business Partner role reporting to the Head of HR.

The HR Business Partner is responsible for driving and delivering the people plan and providing consultancy service to a division of the business on all HR issues. Whilst also being part of the business leadership team to influence thinking, challenge and identify opportunities, adding greater value. This will include looking at performance management processes, coaching, succession planning and reviewing on-boarding processes across the management team.

Ideally the HR Business Partner will have good operational experience gained within large complex businesses, a CIPD qualification and the ability to maintain a commercial focus. Experience working in a business that has gone through change in a business partnering role and ideally in a fast paced environment would be beneficial. Applicants should be forward-thinking and consultative in approach and possess solid generalist HR experience. This is an exciting and varied role with autonomy and the ability to positively impact an already successful business.
