CMA HR has been requested to source an interim HR Business Partner to join a successful expanding business based in Portsmouth, Hampshire.
This is a generalist role with the main purpose to provide guidance and advice to the business's senior management team.
The main responsibilities will include:
The candidate must have either CIPD level 5 or 7 or equivalent and be able to demonstrate a background in research and fundamental HR principles, previous exposure of working within a partnering role that has required excellent influencing skills and able to analyse trends and make evidence decisions and recommendations.
The role will offer the right candidate and excellent market rate of pay, flexible working and easy access both by car and public transport.
