CMA Recruitment Group is working exclusively with a truly unique charity in Chichester to recruit an HR Manager on a part time basis (3 days a week or equivalent) to join the business on a permanent basis. This role is to continue to grow the HR, offering and support line managers to enable them to manage their teams in a people focused organisation.
Our client recognises the importance of the contribution its people make to the organisation and therefore the aim is to create a proactive HR function that will help managers to drive further development of people practices across the organisation.
This is a true generalist role with initial projects and focus on employee handbooks and policies with manager support and learning and development along with ensuring they have robust HR systems and processes in place to accommodate a growing head count. Acquiring talent to support managers with long term recruitment plans. Drive engagement across the organisation; be passionate about bringing the organisations values to all teams. Developing line manager skills in leading and managing their people through a coaching style.
The ideal candidate will have a generalist background who is CIPD qualified and comfortable working at all levels from HR administration through to supporting senior managers.
