CMA Recruitment Group is currently assisting a medium-large manufacturing organisation in Southampton with their search for an Interim Payroll Manager. This role is required to cover a period of sick leave for no less than 2 months.

What will the role involve?

  • Manage the payrolls covering c1000 employees, audit and review all relevant information received to process the monthly payrolls ensuring statutory requirements and company policies are adhered to
  • Monthly and weekly submissions of BACS payments as required
  • Supervise and support three Payroll Administrators.

Suitable Candidate:

  • Immediately available for interview and start date
  • Previous experience of managing a similar sized payroll
  • Previous exposure to Access Pay would be advantageous but not necessary
  • Previous experience of managing a small team.
