An attractive, career enhancing opportunity has arisen for a Management Accountant at a prestigious, dynamic organisation based in Portsmouth, Hampshire.
The role has arisen due to organic growth and succession planning and will be based in a diverse team where career progression is recognised and is paramount to the business.
Reporting to the Team Manager, responsibilities will include:
• Standard cost planning and liaison with all levels of non-finance personnel;
• Production order review including Work In Progress and settlement of production orders;
• Fixed assets and depreciations;
• Capital expenditure and monitoring capex spend;
• Cost centre spend review and analysis;
• Balance sheet reconciliations.
Shortlisted applicants will be part qualified or qualified (or equivalent) and will possess a minimum of 2 years management accounts experience gained from a fast paced business. Previous working knowledge of ERP base systems will be advantageous, although not essential.
