Accountancy & Finance
CMA Recruitment Group is working in partnership with a prestigious organisation, located on the outskirts of Southampton, Hampshire, to recruit a qualified Management Accountant. This is a permanent opportunity which has arisen during an exciting growth phase for the business.
Reporting to the Finance Director, duties will include:
*Production of the monthly management accounts pack, including balance sheet and cashflow
*Support the budgeting and forecasting process
*Effective accounting, general ledger processes and journal posting
*Production of balance sheet reconciliations
*Support the monitoring and management of the debtors ledger, reviewing overdue debts and escalating as required
*Performing regular cost analysis
*Seeking out efficiencies where possible
*Support the annual audit
*Perform ad hoc analysis as required
As the successful applicant you will be fully qualified (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) with comprehensive technical accounting knowledge, combined with the ability to support the communication of commercial information. A proven track record of identifying and implementing process improvements is desirable, whilst upper intermediate Excel skills are essential.
This is a unique opportunity to join a highly sought after brand on the South Coast, in a senior position that will work closely with an experienced Finance Director.
