CMA Recruitment Group is working with a well-established organisation, with multiple sites across the South and their Head Office based in Chichester, West Sussex. A Part Time Credit Controller is required to support the existing team, working around 25 hours a week.
Reporting to the Credit Manager, your main duties will include:
Taking responsibility for your own portfolio of customers, forging strong relationships;
Chasing outstanding monies via telephone, email and letter;
Allocation of incoming payments;
Raising of sales ledger invoices, copy invoices and credit notes;
Resolution of queries.
The successful candidate will have:
Previous knowledge of successfully reducing debt;
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to forge long term relationships with customers and colleagues.
In return, you will receive:
23 days' holiday plus bank holidays;
25 hour working week and flexibility as to when these hours are worked, 3-5 days a week;
