CMA Recruitment Group is delighted to be working exclusively with a bespoke manufacturing business based in Chichester, West Sussex. An experienced Part Time Purchase Ledger Clerk is being recruited to join the small and friendly team.

What will the role involve?

  • Matching and posting purchase ledger invoices in GBP and EUR;
  • Reconciling statements;
  • Resolving customer queries;
  • Making Bi-monthly BACS payments in GBP and EUR;
  • Providing reception cover and administration support to the team.

Suitable Candidate:

  • Confident and strong interpersonal skills;
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, organised and able to use your own initiative;
  • Team player with a willingness to be flexible.

Additional benefits and information:

  • Flexible working - 25 hours per week, ideally over 5 days;
  • 28 days' holiday plus bank holidays, pro rata
