CMA Recruitment Group are working with a long standing SME based in Hamble, Hampshire, to help them recruit a part time Sales Ledger Administrator for 25-30 hours a week. Reporting into the Financial Controller, this role will involve supporting the finance team on sales ledger duties.

What will the role involve?

  • Dealing with sales ledger queries
  • Month end sales ledger journals
  • Checking and reconciling sales ledger invoices
  • Reconciling and updating the monthly forecast
  • Investigating and reconciling payments with the bank

Suitable Candidate:

  • Hard working and a team player
  • Finance Administration or Sales Ledger background
  • Happy to be hands on and cover credit control when required
