CMA Recruitment Group is working exclusively alongside an expanding service company, with multiple sites throughout the UK. Based in Chichester, West Sussex, a Payroll/ Accounts Clerk is required to join the team.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, your main duties will include:

  • Processing payroll for 380 employees across the business units, including starters and leavers;
  • Calculating holiday pay, SMP, SPP;
  • RTI and auto-enrolment;
  • Month End returns and Year End P11D's;
  • Calculation of bonuses and allowances;
  • Payroll expense reporting;
  • Schedule of bank payments;
  • Posting of payroll journals;
  • Intercompany recharges, including raising invoices;
  • Ad hoc finance duties.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Proven payroll knowledge, with the ability to undertake a standalone role;
  • Excellent knowledge of legislation;
  • First class time management skills.
