CMA Recruitment Group is currently working with a global business based in Oxford, Oxfordshire to recruit an HR Payroll and Benefits Manager on a permanent basis. The role is to provide high quality professional payroll and benefits service to the UK business whilst mentoring and managing the team.

The main duties include:

  • Mentoring and managing a team of 10 Payroll and Benefits Advisors
  • Develop and improve all payroll processes
  • Ensure all queries are dealt with, ensuring efficiently resolutions are implemented
  • Input to the development and maintenance of HR policies, procedures in line with legal payroll requirements, best practice and business objectives.

This is a great opportunity to join a supportive team and make a real impact on the business. Applicants will ideally be CIPD qualified with a background in payroll/benefits/time steering experience. Exposure to SAP would be an advantage and team management of a large team (10+) is essential.
