CMA Recruitment Group is currently working exclusively with a rapidly growing payroll bureau based in Bournemouth, Dorset, with the requirement to recruit an experienced Payroll Manager on a permanent basis.

Working closely with the Operations Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day management of the payroll team. Your day to day tasks will include ensuring all payroll data is processed to meet client expectations in addition to meeting all statutory requirements. Whilst working closely with clients you will be required to maintain a high level of professionalism in order to build relationships whilst ensuring tight deadlines are met and payroll data in processed accurately.

Within this position you will play an integral part of the businesses growth plan and work closely with Director level stakeholders from a strategic perspective. Previous experience running a payroll function is essential. A CIPP or equivalent qualification and previous payroll bureau experience is beneficial although not essential.
