A respected provincial insurance broker is currently looking for a personal lines account handler to join their friendly team at one of their most prestigious office locations in Bridport.
The broker you will be joining has access to a panel of over 280 markets for insurance allowing them to provide excellent cover at competitive prices. With offices based throughout the South this broker is award winning for the cover, service and advice they give.
Working in an account handler capacity providing technical advice and cover for insurance related to motor, household, travel and pet policies
You will handle conversion of new business, service of existing accounts and retention of renewals to achieve income targets
Provide support to clients in all aspects of the sales process in accordance with procedures and regulatory requirements.
Ensure excellent customer service with a warm, friendly and respected manner that shows interest in their demands and needs
Carry out a range of administrative duties ensuring prompt and accurate completion of all administration requirements within Company standards.

Good customer service experience with accurate and thorough attention to detail
Preferred (but not essential as full training will be given) experience of motor, household, travel, pet or healthcare insurance backgrounds
GCSE'S of Maths and English at grade C/4 or above/equivalent
