CMA Recruitment Group are working with a successful organisation based in Eastleigh, Hampshire, to help them recruit a Purchase Ledger Clerk on a permanent basis.
Reporting into the Purchase Ledger Manager the roll will involve:
• Entering purchase ledger invoices;
• Conducting weekly payment runs;
• Dealing with supplier invoices and payment queries;
• Ensure invoices are authorised and paid promptly;
• Reviewing supplier statements and reconcile;
• Ad hoc duties as requested.
The ideal candidate will have solid experience within accounts and be accustom to the AP process. This is a great opportunity to join a forward thinking organisation and would suit someone that is looking for long term job security.
