CMA is recruiting for our Wimborne, Dorset client while they experience rapid growth within the business. They require a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join the team on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to be an integral part of the Accounts Payable team. To work within a forward thinking business who has a great benefits package.

Reporting into the Finance Manager your responsibilities will be:

  • Processing a high volume of invoices.
  • Dealing with internal queries.
  • Matching and batching and coding invoices.
  • Supplier account reconciliations.
  • Assisting in payment runs.
  • Reporting on accounts payable activity on a weekly basis.

What you require:

  • Previous end to end purchase ledger experience.
  • Experience in working with high volumes.
  • It would be advantageous to have previous experience in shared service environment; however, this is no essential.
